I take great pride in rolling up my sleeves and getting right into the mess with you. I'm committed to supporting you to make real changes in your space and life! As a natural born organizer, I have spent my life bringing simplicity and ease to the space around me. It’s innate, and maybe a bit compulsive. I admit I'm excited by clutter; it’s a new puzzle for me to figure out.
My sage sorting abilities (I've been called a clutter ninja) draws upon my experience and abilities to quickly “Gestalt” an environment for space and function. In addition, I hold a Masters in Spiritual Psychology. This strong education grounds my practice and influences the deeper “mental decluttering” fundamental to the longevity of any physical organization. My training as a resiliency facilitator grounds my practice in a deep trust in each of our personal strengths.
My previous work experience as a therapist, a personal assistant, an office/facilities manager, and a birth & postpartum doula have all provided a broad foundation for my work. From this variety of people and situations, I gained first-hand experience facilitating clients to find their own way. Working as a doula for over ten years instilled a deep respect for individual process and understanding the intimacy involved in being in a client’s personal space. I also honed my skills of fostering a sense of mastery and focus through times of transition.
In addition, I am a single mother, a teacher, an activist, and a student of life. Multitasking, prioritizing, efficiency, and compassion are germane to such pursuits and serve me both personally and professionally. |
